Waiver Statement:

I have read the prospectus and I understand and agree to all terms and conditions of the prospectus.

I also understand that:

1. all artwork for entry is of my own original creation, in concept, composition and execution.

2. I will pick up my piece(s) that have not sold during the exhibit or arrange to have another person do so within the timeframe designated in the prospectus. (Please note - all artwork that is not picked up within 10 days following the exhibition will become the property of Mooresville Arts and will be donated to a local charity).

3. I will send artwork images of GOOD QUALITY and SIZE and email to gallery@mooresvillearts.org at the time of the online submission. I will be sure to send images that are at least 2MB in size, titled/ renamed with artist name and artwork title.

4. Incomplete submissions will not be considered or accepted into the Photography Show.

5. I understand there are NO refunds for entry fees to this exhibition.
